Namaste Friends,
I am a certified Yoga teacher, for both adults and children, a Mindfulness Educator and more recently – a Mandala Artist/Teacher.
I have taught Yoga and Mindfulness for over a decade and have co-hosted many workshops, classes and yoga retreats for women. I am the founder and director of Little Soul - Yoga and Mindfulness for Children and my programs are part of the curriculum for numerous public and private schools. I also design and deliver Children’s Yoga and Mindfulness training for adults.
More recently, I have applied my experience with Meditation and Mindfulness to creating hand painted mandalas, inspired by my travels in Nepal and India. I currently work by commission and offer Creative Mindfulness Mandala workshops and immersions.

My life journey and experiences are colourful and varied and my sense of curiosity and love of life has led me down many paths...
But of all the experiences I have had so far over the years, I have to say that to teach has always brought me the greatest of pleasures. When I am teaching I feel the most connected to my truth. It has always been this way - in the past when I taught English overseas, or when I teach children in schools about the "kindness chain" - encouraging them to be the best they can be... or when I counselled those in need in Crisis Centres. And now, when I gratefully share the joy and transformation of yoga and meditation with students of all ages, from all walks of life. Or when I am introducing students to meaningful benefits of the mandala.
I have always had a keen interest in the human condition and began my academic adventures at the age of 18 with the formal study of Psychology and Philosophy. But even before that, in my earlier teens I could be found devouring "New Age" books that were early classics in Popular Psychology. The concept that we could change our life, achieve whatever we want to achieve - even heal physical diseases by changing our attitudes, thought patterns and vibrations, just made so much sense to me.... even at such an early age. It felt so natural. Human inquiry and the study of "the self" is the most interesting of subjects for me. I have always been deeply intrigued by the notion of the soul and see it's awakening and blossoming in each of us as our most important task.
When I began my study of Yoga almost 15 years ago, I resonated instantly with this powerful and profound practice. Yoga - to "yoke" - to become at one with the soul. I was astounded at how a sense of peace, neutrality, strength and connection quickly permeated so seamlessly into my daily life.
In 2013, I embarked on a life changing journey overseas with my two sons, then aged nine and twelve - which included two months in S.E Asia, India and Nepal. These countries seemed governed by spirit and I found myself connecting to this energy very deeply. I knew deep down that I would one day return to India. There is something about her that seeps into the blood, into the soul. It is a magical land and much transformation can happen there.
I have solidified my belief that all inner peace comes from within and I am glad that I have followed my dharma all these years. I continue my quest to be the best human possible, to offer kindness and compassion where I can and to live with an open heart and a peaceful mind. But of course, these ways of being are not always easy to attain and are often difficult to hold on to. Especially in our current times. But the vibration of the planet is shifting and we are being called to let go of old patterns and past conditioning. We are being called to deeply heal and come to stillness - in order to move into higher consciousness, to live in our highest expression – in love and in light.
I look forward to hosting you in the Spring of 2025 for a profound, meaningful, creative and enriching women's retreat in the most beautiful setting! (Location and details announced soon!) We will connect, heal, transform and BE. It will be my honour to support you on this journey - to share with you the magic of the mandala, the truth that is Yoga and Meditation - with all its benefits, beauty and grace - and all of this with a side dish of philosophical musings … and lots of laughter and joy.
Blessings and Light,
Victoria Lynes
